What ITVEDA does

ITVEDA Private Limited is an end-to-end IT solutions company that supplies, installs and maintains complete business IT infrastructure — network cabling and LAN, firewalls and network security, CCTV surveillance, servers and backup, laptops and desktops on rental or purchase, and genuine software licensing. Every element is covered by a single annual maintenance contract with a 24x7 helpdesk and a defined on-site response time, so one provider is accountable for the whole estate rather than each vendor for its own box.

Why ITVEDA

Built to be handed over, not held hostage

Documentation, licences and credentials belong to you. If you ever change provider, everything they need is already written down.

  • One contract, one owner

Cabling, network, security, hardware, licensing and support from a single provider — so nothing falls between two vendors blaming each other.

  • Documented, not improvised

Port maps, rack diagrams, VLAN plans, asset registers and cable certification are handed over as standard. You own the documentation, not us.

  • Response times in writing

A four-hour on-site SLA with two-hour and next-business-day tiers available. The number is in the contract rather than left to best effort.

  • Genuine licensing only

Every operating system and application is supplied with entitlements registered in your company name and documentation ready for an audit.

  • Predictable cost

Rental and AMC turn unpredictable IT spend into one monthly or annual figure. Anything outside scope is quoted and approved before work starts.

  • Scales with headcount

Add devices for a new intake and return them when a project ends. Support, licences and billing follow the device count automatically.

How we work

From first call to steady state

The same five steps whether the engagement is one firewall or a complete office fit-out.

  1. 1 · Free IT audit

    Completed

We inventory every device, licence, network link and backup job, then tell you plainly what needs attention first — including the things that do not need spending on yet.

  2. 2 · Scope and fixed quote

    Completed

A written scope with the response SLA, what is covered, what is excluded and a fixed figure. No line items appear later that were not discussed.

  3. 3 · Deployment

    Completed

Cabling, hardware, configuration and migration run to a schedule agreed with you, outside business hours where a cutover would disrupt work.

  4. 4 · Handover pack

    In progress

Port maps, rack diagrams, VLAN plans, IP schedules, asset registers, licence records and cable certification results — all in your possession.

  5. 5 · Ongoing support

    Not started

24x7 helpdesk, preventive maintenance on a fixed calendar, and a quarterly review of ticket trends, ageing hardware and upcoming renewals.

Who we serve

Offices, clinics, plants, schools and sites

The stack changes by sector, but the requirement rarely does: a network that stays up, hardware that is supported, data that is recoverable and licences that survive an audit.

Corporate offices

Multi-floor cabling, Wi-Fi roaming, firewall, Microsoft 365 and rental laptops for a headcount that moves.

Startups and SMEs

A complete fit-out without a capital budget: rental hardware, cloud-first email and one AMC instead of an IT hire.

Healthcare and clinics

Segmented networks, CCTV, reliable backup for patient records and hardware support that does not disrupt clinic hours.

Manufacturing and warehouses

Industrial-grade cabling, PoE cameras across the shop floor, ruggedised endpoints and dual-ISP failover.

Education

Lab rollouts, content filtering, licence compliance and rental fleets sized to the academic calendar.

Retail and hospitality

Multi-site VPN, guest Wi-Fi separated from the till network, camera coverage at every cash point.

Common questions

Questions we are asked before the first meeting

Service-specific questions are answered on each service page, and there are more on the FAQ page.

What does an end-to-end IT solutions company actually do?

An end-to-end IT provider takes responsibility for everything between the wall socket and the application: cabling and network, internet and firewall, servers and backup, laptops and desktops, software licensing, CCTV, and the ongoing support that keeps all of it running. ITVEDA covers that full scope under one contract, so there is no gap between suppliers where a problem can sit unowned.

Can ITVEDA set up a completely new office from scratch?

Yes. A new-office project typically runs as one engagement: site survey, structured Cat6 cabling, network rack, switches, firewall, business Wi-Fi, internet lines with failover, server or NAS, CCTV, printers, and imaged workstations delivered to each desk. You get one project plan, one point of contact and one handover date.

Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?

Both. Offices of ten to fifty seats are our most common engagement and are usually served best by a comprehensive AMC combined with rental hardware, which removes the need for an in-house IT hire. Larger estates are supported with dedicated engineers and a co-managed arrangement alongside the internal team.

Is it cheaper to rent IT equipment or buy it?

Renting avoids capital expenditure and moves the cost to a monthly operating expense that includes warranty, support and replacement. Buying is usually cheaper over five years for a stable headcount, but leaves you holding depreciation, out-of-warranty repairs and disposal. Renting wins when headcount fluctuates, when the project has a fixed end date, or when cash preservation matters more than lowest total cost.

How quickly can you respond when something breaks?

Under a standard AMC the response SLA is four working hours on site, with two-hour and next-business-day tiers available. Most tickets never need a visit at all: remote support resolves the majority within minutes of being logged.

Is ITVEDA a registered company?

Yes. ITVEDA PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under CIN U62099UW2026PTC249480, classified under NIC code 62099 — other information technology and computer service activities.
